Types of flowers in India

I was at the market today. I needed tomatoes. The tomatoes that looked good were priced higher than the lot that didn't look good, which was quiet a huge pile. I usually buy the ones that look good thereby paying a higher price. This time however I wanted to look at the not so good pile. Surprisingly, among the bad ones, there were quiet a few good ones too. All i needed, was some extra time and effort to find them!! Doesn't the same apply for talent and potential as well? Its all there somewhere hidden beneath and among the layers. All we need is a little more time and effort.
